The owners of Barne Estate, a 751-acre farm and mansion, are to ask the High Court to throw out a lawsuit being taken against them by bloodstock billionaire John Magnier.
The Coolmore Stud owner filed the case last month in a bid to enforce a handshake deal he claims he and two of his children had to buy the Golden Vale property for €15m.
