Despite becoming a Marvel leading lady, Dakota Johnson is keeping it real — even if that means revealing she doesn’t knows the ins and outs of the franchise’s vast collection of films just yet.

The Madame Web star, who told Josh Horowitz in an interview for MTV that she “never thought [she’d] be in a superhero movie,” was tested on her familiarity with the highly coveted Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), per BuzzFeed.

After Horowitz asked “what percent of Marvel movies” she has watched, she replied, “Uh, four percent.”

“Which is like 15 minutes of one,” she added.

Her knowledge was further assessed when she was asked to name the three Spider-Man films that seasoned superhero Tom Holland has starred in. While fans would know that those three as Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019), and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), Johnson had her own iterations.

“Spider-Man: Here He Comes, that’s number one,” she suggested.

After she guessed “Spider-Man: And He’s Back” as the title of Holland’s Spider-Man film, she ultimately formulated a crossover between the MCU and the fourth installment of the Harry Potter series as her third guess, calling it “The Goblet of Spider-Man.”

“Harry, Spider-Man, and the Goblet of Man,” she jokingly continued, eventually confessing her love of Harry Potter and deeming herself a Ravenclaw.

For those wondering about Madame Web‘s relationship with the Spider-Man films, Johnson’s Cassandra Webb is good friends with Ben Parker, who will eventually become Peter Parker’s (Spider-Man’s) uncle, per Time magazine.

Johnson is not the only Marvel newcomer who has been open about their inexperience with the realm of superhero cinema. Deadpool & Wolverine star Emma Corrin told Empire last August that they are “not a Marvel person,” calling the “intricate world” of the MCU “an absolute mindfuck.”

Madame Web is now in theaters. Watch Johnson’s interview above.
