Finance Minister Katy Gallagher’s department’s decision to settle a compensation payment to Brittany Higgins is going to be referred to NACC, says Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell.
“The other issue that is the subject of controversy at present is Finance Minister Katy Gallagher’s department’s decision to settle a compensation payment with Brittany Higgins of two to three million dollars,” Mr Clennell said.
“Linda Reynolds has made clear she is going to refer this to the National Anti-Corruption Commission.
“Basically, anyone can refer anything they want about a public official to the National Anti-Corruption Commission.”
