The Albanese government must focus on being able to exhibit its relevance to WA voters after Mark McGowan’s resignation as premier, according to Redbridge Group Director Simon Welsh.
Voters see the federal government as “traditionally east-coast focused,” Mr Welsh told Sky News Australia.
“How relevant is this federal government going to be to us without McGowan there to keep them honest.”
