More Americans are optimistic about buying a home in 2024 with a new survey from realtor.com revealing 61 per cent of first-time home buyers believe now is a good time to buy.
Realtor.com has released a list of the best markets for first-time homebuyers including places like New York’s Irondequoit, Arkansas’ Benton and Winterset in Iowa.
All markets on the list are priced below the US national average.
