To help solve the housing crisis, there’s lots of government land that could be made available for RV and park model trailers which could be constructed to provide affordable housing.
Everything could be initially held by a reinvented government arm of the Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation until a determination is made whether to sell the new residential lots to a strata corp of the residents.

The housing shortage all across Canada would be solved.
Not every trailer park would have to have units close to each other as space could be provided to provide a more homestead feel.
Let’s make sure there are no more people like Bubbles — in the Trailer Park Boys television series — living in a garden shed in Canada.
