BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 19. President of Ukraine
Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed gratitude to President of
Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for humanitarian support, Trend reports.
“I am grateful to President Ilham Aliyev for the decision to
allocate assistance for the purchase of energy equipment for the
needs of Ukraine. This support of the friendly Azerbaijan is
important to ensure the sustainability of the Ukrainian energy
complex in the face of constant attacks by the aggressor. We
continue to work actively with our partners to prepare the
Ukrainian energy system for the winter,” President Zelensky wrote
on his Twitter page.
Meanwhile, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev
has signed an Order to allocate $7.6 million for the acquisition
and shipment of electrical equipment for the purpose of providing
humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
