Investigators have identified a suspect in a fatal stabbing in Scarborough, and they need the public’s help locating him.

Toronto Police have issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Tamar Cupid, 25, of Toronto, for second-degree murder in the death of Ifeanyichukwu Oseke, 28, a student from Nigeria.

On June 25, Toronto Police said they received a call at approximately 7:10 p.m. for a stabbing in the area of Eglinton Ave. E. and Brimley Rd.
Cops said two men were involved and one was found with signs of trauma. The victim was transported to a hospital, but died of his injuries.

The suspect was wearing a light-coloured tank top, pants and shoes. He was last seen getting into a dark-coloured sedan, which travelled south on Brimley from Eglinton.
