A 28-year-old man has been charged after an alleged sexual assault on a city bus in Vaughan.

York Regional Police said a female was on a York Region Transit bus on Wednesday at about 4 p.m., travelling the in area of Jane St. and Rutherford Rd., when a man sat beside her and allegedly touched her in a sexual manner without her consent.

Police said the woman notified the bus driver and police were called.
A suspect was located at a bus terminal on Bass Pro Dr. and taken into custody.

Kevin Ogbogu, 28, of no fixed address, is charged with sexual assault and breach of probation.
Investigators believe the suspect interacted with at least one other potential victim who has not yet come forward.
Police released a photo of the accused and are urging any additional alleged victims to come forward.
