ebris from the Titan submersible has been hauled from the Atlantic after its implosion near the wreck of the Titanic that left five dead.
Images showed wreckage from the sub, recovered from the ocean floor near the wreck of the Titanic, being unloaded from the ship Horizon Arctic at the Canadian Coast Guard pier in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
The debris was quickly covered in large tarpaulins before being lifted by cranes on to lorries.
It comes ten days after the Titan sub vanished while on a dive to the Titanic wreck.
All five on board were killed after a “catastrophic implosion” near the bottom of the ocean.
