NRL star Victor Radley has relisted his Waverley house.

Sydney Roosters enforcer Victor Radley is having another go at selling his Waverley home.

Its November auction marketing campaign came with a $4m-plus guide, with similar expectations this time.

The 25-year-old NRL lock, who has been at the Roosters since making his 2017 NRL debut, paid $2,999,000 for the 1930s home in 2021 before a redesign by KY Design.

The plans by the premiership-winning carpenter, estimated to cost just under $50,000, involved adding a third level, home to three bedrooms.

Radley has been seeking something more family-friendly with partner, marketing professional Taylah Cratchley.

The couple this month welcomed their first baby, Vinnie Cash Radley.

The two-time NRL premiership winner has a reputation as one of the game’s toughest players, but is also one of its most suspended.

Radley attracted headlines last year when he was accused of headbutting another player during an onfield scuffle. He was not sin binned at the time. There is no suggestion that his property listing is linked to that or any other onfield incidents.

The Waverley home has a price guide of $4m-plus.

The Radley auction listing comes amid the start of fresh 2024 offerings as local agents seek buyers following the traditional summer break, which finishes with the Australia Day festivities.

However, there is just one other Waverley house up for auction.

It has been relisted too, by interior designer Lara Ette and her husband Greg Kaspar, head of fixed income at Westpac.

They have $5.5m hopes for a February 17 auction through PPD agent Alexander Phillips, having been on the market for 108 days.

There’s been sparse data and few anecdotal occurrences to signal any vendors’ rush to list.

There were 25 house sales in Waverley last year, with a $3,425,000 median, according to PropTrack.
