Toronto Police are hunting two men, following an armed robbery at a Vaughan pharmacy over the weekend.

York Regional Police said on Saturday that at about 5 p.m., two unidentified men — one armed with a knife — entered a pharmacy in the Rutherford Rd.-Clarence St. area and demanded narcotics.

Police said the duo allegedly filled a bag with drugs and attempted to steal money from the cash register but were not successful.
The suspects then left the store with a quantity of narcotics, police said.
There were no injuries.

The first man is described as Black, 5-foot-8 with a thin build, wearing a black hoodie, a black mask and black gloves. He was carrying a reusable shopping bag.
The second man is described as a male, 5-foot-10 with a medium build, wearing a black hoodie, a black mask and gloves.
Anyone who may have seen something suspicious in the area or who may have dash-cam or video surveillance footage at the time of the incident is asked to call police at 1-866-876-5423, ext. 6630.
