THE ICONIC offers free returns for change of mind 30 days from the date of purchase (exclusions to some items apply for hygiene reasons, find out more here), however, sale items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” will be exempt from this policy.

To complete a return items must be unworn, unused and still in its original packaging — find out more here.

To return an item, log into your THE ICONIC account and select “returns”, then follow the steps to get your prepaid return label. You can reuse the satchel your items came in, simply fix your returns label over the top of the original sender label and seal it back up tightly!

WHAT IS THE ICONIC’S SHIPPING LIKE?

For metro areas THE ICONIC offers same-day and same-evening shipping options (prices and times vary according to city). For metro standard delivery is free for orders over $75 or $8.95 for orders under that amount.
