Sixty years ago Monday, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. led the March on Washington and delivered his “I Have a Dream” speech. Tracey Robinson-English, professor with the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, joined CBS News to talk about the speech and what it meant.
